Seasonal Tea Set
Created to be in tune with the seasons. These teas benefit the body and mind by preparing us for nature’s transitions. Drink throughout its matching season or enjoy as a reminder of a season passed. This tea is sold individually only within its season and sold as a set year-round. Box contains four teas and a strainer.
SPRING TEA
Ing: Milky Oats, Nettle, Rose Hips, Heather, Lavender, Lemon Balm, Marshmallow Root, Peppermint, Yarrow
Blended to help with cleansing the body and ease seasonal allergies.
Taste: floral, refreshing
March 21st - June 21st
SUMMER TEA
Ing: Lemongrass, Echinacea, Goldenrod, Anise Seed, Passionflower, Spilanthes
Blended to relax the nervous system and boost the immune system.
Taste: grassy, sweet
*spilanthes contains alkamides that can cause a tingling sensation on the tongue
June 21st - September 21st
FALL TEA
Ing: Rooibos, Chicory Root, Orange Peel, Sarsaparilla Root, Horehound, Black Pepper, Cornsilk
Blended to increase circulation and benefit the throat.
Taste: warm, astringent
September 21st - December 21st
WINTER TEA
Ing: Turmeric Root, Cocoa Nibs, Ashwagandha Root, Cardamom, Cinnamon, Licorice Root
Blended as a mood enhancer and to reduce inflammation.
Taste: full, spicy, soothing
December 21st - March 21st
How To: Bring water to boil and let cool, aiming for 190 degrees F. Put 1-2 TSP of tea into a strainer. Put the strainer in your favorite tea cup. Pour water over and steep for 5 minutes. Steep longer for stronger tea. Drink and Enjoy!
