HOW TO MAKE A CUP OF TEA

Infusion Method:
Bring water to boil, let cool, aiming for 190°F. Place 1-2 TSP of tea into a tea strainer. Place the strainer in your favorite teacup. Pour the water over and steep for 5 minutes. Drink and Enjoy! Use this method for delicate blends containing leaves and petals. Appropriate for all of our tea blends

Decoction Method:
Place 1TBSP of herbs in a small saucepan of water. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer with lid on for 20 minutes. Take off heat and strain the herbs. Enjoy! Use this method for hardier tea blends contains roots and seeds. Great method for our Winter Tea and Big Apple Tea blends.
