Our Story

Erika and Joe are turning 5 acres in Bethel, NY into their dream homestead offering herbal medicine, art, and spiritual practices.

The year 2022 was spent at many markets and festivals throughout the Catskill region and NYC.  We love speaking with our communities about the world of herbs. We continued to work the land by cutting dead trees, clearing pathways through the ferns, building a platform 'glamping' site, and admiring the many animal families that let us live on their land, including a mama bear and three cubs!

Pixie Doodle Farm currently offers guided meditation, Reiki sessions, art, and a variety of herbal products. We are artists and performers with a history of using a holistic approach to health and wellness. We have dedicated ourselves to herbs to be able to share our knowledge with you. We want to bring natural health and healing to our communities in Brooklyn and Bethel, NY.

Pixie Doodle Farm believes health should have a preventative focus and be easily accessible.  A cup of herbal tea a day, infusing herbs into your cooking oil, or adding them to vinegar can be simple additions to improve your health.  And they taste delicious!

Each tea is handcrafted individually by weight to ensure consistent flavor and medicinal benefits.  We source USDA-certified organically grown herbs.  We are an Eco-conscious company with sustainable packaging using compostable, reusable, and recycled materials and avoiding all plastics. Our products are sold in glass vials, bottles, and jars. Our packaging may vary from time to time based on sourcing availability, know we are making choices that are the best practices for the Earth.

We want to bring herbal knowledge, natural health, and healing to our communities in Brooklyn and Bethel, NY, and beyond! We approach tea-making by merging Western herbalism with herbal history and traditions from a variety of cultures and folklore.
