Meditation: Fall & Letting Go

Hello, and welcome to a brief fall meditation with me, Joseph Harris from Pixie Doodle Farm. We will be doing a tree meditation of letting go and reflection. So first find a comfortable position sitting, standing, balanced, whatever is best for you. Take a deep inhale and exhale through the mouth, allowing your body to relax. Using your mind’s eye, imagine a tree with leaves. The leaves are your experiences of this year or of years past. As you watch the leaves, start to see them change, change colors to be filled with the experience that you had. Notice what experiences are coming forward, ready to be let go of. As you see the leaves change, allow them to fall away, giving gratitude to the experiences you’ve had. No need to force a leaf to fall, all leaves will fall eventually. Take an inhale through the nose and exhale. Now allow the next minute for you to fully see the tree, receive the experiences, and let them fall away. Allow yourself a deep inhale through the nose, exhale through the mouth. And thank you for your time in doing just a brief meditation on fall and letting go. Thank you for joining me.
