Reiki
Reiki is complementary to other therapeutic modalities as well as traditional and western medicine. It is an excellent option for people stressed, overworked, and dealing with an injury. Reiki is a Japanese healing technique used to promote healing and relaxation. It addresses pain within the physical and emotional body. The added benefit of its current importance is the option to work completely within the energetic field, without involving touch.
A session may include byosen scanning, aura clearing, and/or traditional Usui/Tibetan hand positioning. Generally, a 60min session involves traditional hand placements to improve the flow of Ki (energy) and promote relaxation. A 90min session adds Aura Clearing, where I work with the client using imagery to change the way they feel pain. By giving pain an identity, we can begin healing.
Erika started practicing Reiki in 2013 and completed my Reiki Master certification from the New York International Reiki Center in 2015. I am currently seeing private clients in their own homes.

Psychic Readings
Psychic Readings offer a unique experience in finding the blockages of our deeper selves. The techniques used have been passed down for thousands of years through rosicrucian lineage. Using the symbol of the rose, Joe will read the aura of your being as well as the chakra centers to find what is imbalanced as well as any spirit interference. Joe also offers past life readings as well as spirit guide work. Offered virtually or in person.
Joe trained at the school of the Audacious Spirit, specializing in psychic readings and healings, earning the title of Maestro in 2021.

Combined Healing
A session combining Reiki and psychic reading. This session will look at a client’s energy from an external visual perspective and an internal perspective using clairvoyance and clairsentience. This is done with both Erika and Joe and is not recommended for someone new to energy work. This session can be quite intense with a lot of energy being moved. Following the healing is a tea offering and conversation (if desired).

Meditation
Meditations calm the mind and ease the heart. They allow you to look internally to listen to yourself, be present in the moment, ground to the earth and raise the spirit. Meditation is for everyone. Options include breathwork, visualization, and journeying. Offered virtually or in person.
